In my professional activity, I have combined customer support, active sales, and user retention, including communication via online chats and written correspondence.
I have a good understanding of the specifics of working in a bookmaker’s customer support service: prompt handling of requests, clear and professional explanation of rules and terms, assistance with technical issues, as well as tactful promotion of platform services and features aimed at increasing customer engagement and loyalty.
I would also like to highlight my experience in sales and upselling: identifying customer needs, handling objections, presenting product advantages, and guiding customers toward a positive decision. I have successfully applied these skills both in direct communication and in online chats.
I am fluent in Russian and Azerbaijani and have a good working proficiency in English and Turkish. I am confident in using computers, quickly adapt to new systems and internal regulations, and i am ready to work flexible shifts while strictly following company quality standards.
